If you’re wondering what makes our resort special, it’s a combination of lots of things, but the most vital ingredient is undoubtedly our amazing staff – the Tiki Fam. We are blessed to have the best team on the island (and possibly the planet) and it is they that create the vibe that makes Tiki what it is.

Our cute & loveable gardener uncle Cho is the happiest, hardest working guy on the planet.

The best maintenance guy in Baan Tai. Knows how to fix everything and loves to come party with us when he's done!
Myat
Quiet but cheeky, there is not much this man can't do. From making drinks to building bars. Myat knows his stuff!

The man, the Legend, the original Joe, our bar manager and the nicest guy in the world.

Why do we love what we do? And why are we so good at it?? Because we are a family and we will do anything for each other. That’s what Tiki beach is about and we believe our guests can feel it too. Our number one job is to make sure our Tiki brothers and sisters are happy and having a good time. All else follows from there. If our staff are loving life, then they can show our guests the best time possible. It’s as simple as that.
