Whilst we hope you never have to cancel your booking, sometimes things happen and people need to cancel. 

We always try to be as flexible and fair as possible but to protect both of us, we need to have a cancellation policy in place. 

Please read this policy carefully just in case you need to cancel your booking for any reason.  

We know it’s boring, so we have made it a short one.

Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged 100% 

Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50%

Cancellations outside from 7 – 30 days will be charged 20%

Cancellations outside of 30 days will not incur a charge. 

If you just want to change your dates then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
